Citizens Bank to Move Its Endicott Branch from Washington Avenue More bank branch changes are coming in Broome County as customers make fewer in-person transactions. Citizens Bank is preparing to relocate its branch in Endicott. The office at 18 Washington Avenue is scheduled to close on September 10. Citizens Bank spokesman Bennett Griesmer said the Endicott branch will be moved to 1001 North Street. The site is near the Price Chopper supermarket about two blocks west of the current branch.
