Steve Wright, 66, has been charged with the kidnap and murder of Victoria Hall and the attempted kidnapping of another woman in September 1999, Suffolk Police said.
Suffolk Police have confirmed 66-year-old Steve Wright has been charged with the murder of 17-year old Victoria Hall back in 1999. He is remanded in custody and will appear in court on Monday, June 3.
Steve Wright, jailed for the murder of five women, is arrested on suspicion of an earlier killing.
