CANFIELD A flock of all-white roosters is being prepared for artists to embellish as part of a Canfield Fair project for 2021. “Flock to the Fairgrounds” is a public art project similar to Chicago’s “Cows on Parade,” YSU’s “Penguin Parade” and Warren’s “Goddess of Speed” statues. “This idea came out of the marketing committee for the 2021 Canfield Fair,” said Bergen Giordani, marketing and sponsorship coordinator for the fair. “This is just one of many ideas the board of directors has planned for the 175th Canfield Fair.” ....
