Berkeley author Michael Lewis' 19-year-old daughter and her friend die in Tahoe crash
Dixie Lewis, who graduated from Berkeley High last year, was a passenger in a car driven by her friend and former Berkeley High School classmate, Ross Schultz, 20. Both died in a car accident near Lake Tahoe.
