The Chandigarh administration on September 1 had sealed the commercial complex of Berkeley Realtech Limited in Industrial Area, Phase I on the directions of the Chandigarh Pollution Control Committee (CPCC) for allegedly violating environment norms.
Sources said that after the second round of inspection, a report will now be submitted to the Assistant Estate Officer for examination on Thursday.
Vikas Jain, advocate appearing on behalf of Berkeley Realtech, submitted an application before the estate officer placing on record the Punjab and Haryana High Court order dated August 28.
