Washington man arrested after argument leads to alleged shots fired incident Thursday PEORIA (HOI) A Washington man was arrested after allegedly firing a gun into an occupied vehicle and into the ground during an altercation on Thursday. Ryan Tucker, 39, was transported to the Tazewell County Jail for aggravated discharge of a firearm, aggravated assault and criminal damage to property, according a news release by the East Peoria Police Department. According to the release, a group of individuals arrived at a residence in the 400 block of West Bittersweet in Washington to speak with Tucker. A verbal argument took place between the two groups and Tucker then allegedly fired the shots, the release read. ....
