Anthony Robinson, 35, has been linked to the murders of four women in northern Virginia this fall, including Cheyenne Brown, 29; Tonita Smith, 39, and Allene Redmon, 54.
Police did not say whether the victims were sexually assaulted, but said that the suspect did "unspeakable things with his victims."
