RESIDENTS in a county village are outraged over irresponsible car drivers splashing pedestrians with water in drive-by ‘attacks’. People living in Callow End, which is half way between Worcester and Malvern, posted on the Callow End Village Noticeboard to talk of their disgust at being targeted by reckless drivers, as water covers road surfaces after heavy rain and snow.
