Than 150 thousand students went back to school. While some parents complained about buses arriving either early, late or not at all. A district spokeswoman says the vast majority made it to schools on time. She says, 11 buses reported being late. Schools are operating under a tight budget this year, with severe cuts that impact the temperature, Janitorial Service and curriculum. Still most parents and students reported a successful start to the year.
