Credit: UT Southwestern Medical Center DALLAS - Dec. 15, 2020 - A study of patients resuscitated from out-of-hospital cardiac arrest shows that women have a lower likelihood of survival compared with men and are less likely to receive procedures commonly administered following cardiac arrest. The multicenter study, led by UT Southwestern researchers, was published online today in Circulation.
