Looks like they were on some kind of vacation. 13 action news. Now for an update for that breaking news on that standoff near the stratosphere. It is all over now. Investigators say this all started just after 8 00 this morning after a woman walked up to security at the stratosphere and said she had been assaulted. When officers arrived, the suspect refused to come out of the home on West Philadelphia avenue. Ensuing standoff lasted until 4 00 this afternoon, but everything ended peacefully.
