Climate change supporters halted an Insulate Britain court case at Stratford's Magistrates Court in London on Friday 29th April by gluing themselves to doors.
The group have launched a protest in Purfleet, Essex today. There is an Esso oil refinery on the outskirts of the town. Essex Police are currently at the scene.
District Judge Stephen Leake told three protesters they had inspired him after making impassioned speeches about their concerns over the climate while representing themselves in court.
Protester Gabriella Ditton, who is taking part in Just Stop Oil protests, has pleaded 'not guilty' to obstructing the M25 as part of Insulate Britain action.
