The signing of the BRI implementation plan between Nepal and China has been one of the prime agenda since early 2020 but an agreement has been elusive due to differences between the two sides over investment modality.
Finance Minister Dr Prakash Sharan Mahat today said no one is exempted from not paying loans. At an event organised here on the occasion of the Shankhadhar Day by Madhyapurthimi Municipality, the minister said everyone is bound to pay the loan when they take it and invest rampantly.
