Motorists fined after driving without licences
Driving licence MAGISTRATES have fined three men after each was caught driving without a licence or insurance. Bilal Safeer, aged 25, of Rishton Lane, Bolton, pleaded guilty to committing the offences by driving a Vauxhall Corsa on Weston Street, Bolton, on December 21 last year. In addition to a £440 fine, he was ordered to pay £129 in costs. Mohammed Ibrahim, aged 31, of Hobart Street, Bolton, pleaded guilty to having no licence when he drove a Chevrolet Matiz on December 17 last year on Brownlow Way, Bolton.
