Clover Architectural Products Acquires Chicago-based Fabricator
Clover Architectural Products expands its business with the purchase of the assets of American Custom Metal Corp., a Chicago-based metal fabricator that supplies convection covers, aluminum linear bar grilles, break metal and metal fabrication for the commercial sector. American Custom will remain a separate company from Clover.
