"The cost of just purchasing and installing a lift is around $20,000 at this time," she said. "As we have learned, time passing and inflation will increase these costs."
At Railroads in the Park, several area model railroading groups set up elaborate track layouts and had trains running continuously.

"The purpose of our memorial is to raise awareness to the plight of the approximately 200,000 soldiers, sailors and Marines, and members of the Air Force, Coast Guard and Merchant Marine who made the ultimate sacrifice and remain missing," said Post 697 Commander Tom Anderson.
"The Louie Run is a celebration of life of the brothers and sisters lost in motorcycling," said Justin Seliskar, who plays a pivotal role in organizing the event.
