Shari G. Cantor: It's time for new leadership at the MDC
The MDC is simply not capable of policing itself, and additional oversight is necessary. This is why I am not only calling for Chairman DiBella to step down, but also for the General Assembly to adopt several common-sense reforms for the MDC.
