School administrators and staff members were especially because it's a brand new facility built just a few months ago. As soon as kids got off the bus early this morning, they received a warm welcome from staff members with music playing in the background. The kids are the first to return to in-person instruction on school campus. During break time, they got a special visit from Bill Libbon, who spoke with the kids and shared in the excitement of this day.
