Lawsuit: Hulon struck in head before death in Lansing police lockup
Hulon had been arrested earlier that day, April 10, for misdemeanor domestic violence. Less than 12 hours later, he was dead after four officers handcuffed him behind his back and pinned him to the ground while attempting to put a waist restraint on, according to a video of the incident released by his family's attorneys.
