An Amtrak passenger train was going about 87 mph (140 kph) when it collided with a dump truck at a rural Missouri railway crossing, killing four people
The train was traveling 87 mph in a 90 mph zone, investigators said.
The family of 82-year old Binh Phan is now represented by a Kansas City personal injury attorney, who spoke to KSHB 41 about what happens next.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol said up to 150 people also were injured.
Two were from Kansas, two were from MIssouri.
