Gorey gardaí are investigating after headstones at the old Clonattin graveyard on the outskirts of Gorey were damaged by spray paint. The blue paint, commonly used to mark roads, was sprayed across a number of headstones, some of which are very significant to Gorey's history. The incident was reported to gardaí during the last weekend of February with a clean up due to take place as soon as possible.
