At Wednesday’s city council meeting, aldermen approved preliminary and final subdivision plats for Alton Circle Subdivision proposed by Sheppard, Morgan & Schwaab, Inc. The area is the lot adjacent to the AT&T Store on 1725 Homer Adams Parkway in Alton. The plan is to expand the area slightly to make room for a drive-through restaurant.
