Monolith Brewing taking Black Projects former space on South Broadway
This fall, Stephen Monahan plans to open Monolith Brewing, at 1290 S. Broadway, in the former Black Project space, serving a wide range of beer styles, like IPAs, lagers and barrel-aged stouts, as well as sour ales.
