Blackwell Tourism is set to host their 2nd annual Cinco de Mayo celebration at the Blackwell Fairgrounds on Saturday, May 4 from 6 pm to 10 pm in the Agriculture Building. “It’s going to be bigger and even better than last year”, said Board President Kim Shoffner.
