Ryan buys Excelsior portfolio
Minneapolis-based Ryan Cos. US Inc. has acquired the commercial property management, property engineering and construction management business of The Excelsior Group. The deal, announced Monday, adds 1.4 million square feet of real estate to Ryan’s management portfolio. The companies said the deal closed April 29. Terms weren’t disclosed. The sale brings eight new buildings to Ryan’s management portfolio. The buildings are: 10 West End in St. Louis Park; Colonial Warehouse in Minneapolis; 7500 Flying Cloud in Eden Prairie; 2400 Xenium in Plymouth; 3311 Old Shakopee Road in Bloomington;...
