MetroWest's first big nor'easter had 'right ingredients at the right time'

The region’s first nor’easter of the season Thursday was a culmination of “the right ingredients at the right time,” according to Bryce Williams, a meteorologist with the National Weather Service's Norton office.   “We had the cold air in place at the same time we had plenty of moisture in the atmosphere to work with,” he explained during a phone interview Thursday morning with the Daily News.
