ajohnson@minotdailynews.com A prosecutor said in court on Wednesday that the state plans to file to dismiss a Class C felony possession of child pornography charge against Bo Custis Cramer, 35, of Minot, because new information has come to light. According to a probable cause affidavit filed with the court, the North Dakota Bureau of Criminal Investigation received a tip that an online Dropbox account associated with Cramer’s email address had uploaded child pornography files to to Dropbox on June 11, 2020.
