Feb 16, 2021 Minot Police located and arrested Kyran Johnson after receiving a tip that he was at a local night club. Police sought Johnson on outstanding warrants stemming from an assault of a clerk at a local convenience store. Johnson’s warrants were for Aggravated Assault (Class C Felony), Interference with Telephone During and Emergency Call x 2 (Both Class C Felonies), Terrorizing (Class C Felony), and Criminal Mischief (Class A Mis). Johnson was additionally arrested on failure to appear bench warrants out of Mountrail County, and Minot Municipal Court. During this apprehension, Johnson is accused of preventing arrest a class C Felony. Johnson is in custody of Ward County Jail awaiting initial appearance. ....
