Mar 2, 2021 On March 1, 2021, at about 3:11 p.m., Portland Police responded to the report of unwanted sexual contact between a teenage female and unknown suspect along the Springwater Trail, near the 7800 block of Southeast Luther Road. When officers arrived and spoke with the victim, she told them she had been coerced to have sexual contact with an adult male suspect in a secluded area near the trail.
