D’Uva was the publisher and created of The Rhode Island Echo, and owner of the Federal Hill Gazette. The Commerce Association issued a statement at his passing. “It is with heavy hearts , that we learned of the passing of Robert D’Uva Pres of FHCA & RI Echo.
