QUINCY — The Adams County state’s attorney’s office has welcomed a new victim/witness program coordinator after two recent retirements. Terry Gibson, victim/witness program coordinator, and Bob Shackleton, a volunteer victim’s advocate, both retired at the end of October, and Trisha Hubbard was named the new victim/witness program coordinator in November.
