A suspect wanted in connection with an ongoing sex offense case has been located.
Idaho Falls Police Department spokeswoman Jessica Clements tells EastIdahoNews.com Deon Waynewood was found in Denver, Colorado, Friday and taken into custody by Deputies with the U.S. Marshal’s Service.
“We appreciate the Marshals and their willingness to coordinate with us to track down and apprehend fugitives who leave our jurisdiction,” Clements says.
