Prolific North Loop developer Solhem Cos. is undertaking another project in the neighborhood, with plans to convert the Security Warehouse from offices into mixed-use, multifamily apartment units — pending city approval. The Minneapolis-based developer’s plans include bringing 49 units and retaining approximately 1,700 square feet of office space to the North Loop building, at 724 -728 1st St. N. through a historic renovation.
