System. Been around 9 30 tonight. When firefighters arrived, this home was engulfed in flames. I took firefighters about 30 minutes to get those flames under control. No one was hurt. Also developing tonight, Philadelphia Police chased a suspected car thief through north philadelphia in kensssing ton for more than a half an hour. Sky 10 was over the scene. At one point during the chase, police tried to block the driver with their cruisers. But he pulled on to the sidewalk, ran over a sign and got away.
