FROM NEWS SOURCES A Stoughton man not allowed to purchase guns was was arrested April 28 and charged with illegal possession of firearms after he allegedly bought guns and ammunition in Brockton. Michael Robert Moura, 27, was charged by criminal complaint with one count of possession of a firearm by a prohibited person. Following an initial appearance before Magistrate Judge Marianne B.
