Bonn bonnie. putting in a little bit of silt, sand, rocks into one of the relief wells. so before they go to the big step of the static kill operation, they have to clean out the relief wells of all the debris. they say that is a process that should be fairly easy for them, but it will be the time-consuming, possibly causing a delay of 12 hours to a day, possibly two days, which actually will move the time frame back a little bit. jim, the original plan was that the static kill now looks like it might be monday or tuesday. the static kill operation, just a reminder to viewers is a basis of injikting a combination of mud and smnlt into the top of the containment cap and that will seal off the top of the oil well. the big kicker will be the relief wells, maybe into the middle of august or the end of the month where they ll inject right into the relief wells. that s called the bottom kill procedure. that should be the big one that s the game-changer. listen to those officials ....
