Police rpresence in this area o jersey city near new jersey city university. jersey still just across the hudsen from manhattan not near the waterfront area but farther in. area schools are on lockdown now. know one arrested. and what it sounds like after 1:00 p.m. or so, these are all unconfirmed reports, but there was a u-haul, possibly two individuals in that u-haul that enders a bow dbow -- ba bow bod. this is around jersey city university, being hit by police right now with massive police presence, but other parts of the city as well affecting both
