Responding to the robbery call when he shot Michael Brown, that as you might imagine set off anger in the community. People calling it victim blaming. Character assassination and a distraction from the central question, did officer wilson shoot an unarmed man who had his hands up in surrenderer. The alleged robbery had nothing to do with the officers decision to shoot and then in a true bombshell late in the day, chief jackson changed his story. There were two separate officers.
