GEORGE — Volunteers from multiple agencies, including the St. George Fire Department, Washington County Sheriff's Search and Rescue, Utah Department of Health and Intermountain Healthcare, gathered on Sunday to tear down the latter's BLU-MED tents at St. George Regional Hospital.
