BOARDMAN — A Columbiana man is facing charges after being accused of stealing from two businesses. Brandon Baier, 27, is charged with theft, possessing criminal tools, receiving stolen property and possession of drugs/drug abuse. Police said they were dispatched to Target earlier this week for a theft report of video games. The store’s loss prevention was able to share information about the suspect, later identified as Baier. The employee also stated that Baier had a knife and wire cutters, according to a police report. While police made their way toward him, Baier headed to Ulta Beauty. ...
