MANSFIELD - Mansfield police haven't ruled out foul play in the death of Todd Rice, former president of the Mansfield Gay Pride Association and champion for the local LGBTQ community. Capt. Shari Robertson said an autopsy, the results of which could take anywhere from 10 to 12 weeks, will provide more insight into the case. Montgomery County conducts autopsies from Richland County.
