Lakeview District BLM to Conduct Aerial Herbicide Applications Lakeview, Ore. – The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Lakeview District will be performing aerial herbicide applications across 8,622 acres of the 2020 Brattain Fire starting April 12, 2021, and is expected to be completed by April 24, depending on weather conditions. The BLM is spraying the Brattain Fire area to control and prevent invasions of invasive annual grasses.
