Mom arrested in DUI death of son
UPDATE: MARCH 9 AT 4:00 P.M. LOLO, Mont. - Court documents were released Tuesday, outlining officer reports of the multi-vehicle accident that resulted in the death of 10-year-old Brecken S. Beard. The documents state that on Feb. 15, at approximately 11:35 a.m., law enforcement and medical responded to a report of a multi-vehicle crash on Highway 93 South. Trooper Wes Whitlatch determined that Megan Beard, in a Mazda minivan, was travelling south on Highway 93.
