The Kentucky Horse Racing Commission has approved the recommendations of the Kentucky Sire Stakes Advisory Panel to further expand the Kentucky Sire Stakes and Breed Development Program.
This advisory notice is being sent regarding residency rules for registered stallions, mares and foals participating in Indiana’s Breed Development Programs. Recently, the Indiana Horse Racing Commission (IHRC) has received increased reports regarding non-compliance of residency rules.
