Vaccinations began Jan. 11 6:00 am, Jan. 16, 2021 × The St. Cloud VA started vaccinating its highest risk outpatient veterans with the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine as of Jan. 11. “We first provided Moderna COVID-19 vaccine to nursing home residents and health care personnel," Dr. Brent A.
