Village president finds deal on holiday lights Soldiers Grove SANTA AND HIS HELPERS showed up in Soldiers Grove last Saturday with a little help from the fire department. Although masks abounded, youngsters were com-fortable on a cold windy day. Each child received a bag of goodies.
