we are live this morning at i- 83, the jones falls expressway. now, of course, we are here because of a major, major lane closure that's going to take place starting at 7:00 tonight. jones falls expressway will close one lane in each direction in the area between 29th street and druid park lake drive. this is, of course, for some emergency repairs to collapsed drainage pipes. now, of course, for those of you who are not aware, that will cause you some major problems for your travel. we're asking motorists to alter your travel times, come a little early, stay late to avoid those delay...
