Judge reserves ruling on motion to dismiss murder charges against Malta man

A Malta man charged with killing a Mount Morris woman and her unborn son in November 2020 will have to wait until later this month to learn the fate of a motion to dismiss charges of murder and arson. Matthew T. Plote's bond reduction motion also was denied.
