Lets just start with the fact that they cannot drink the water. It has led in it. Some schools still may have asbestos in it. There are rodents in the buildings. They are not updated so that technology can be installed. The governor has not taken a position on the bill, but we know that the Senate President is against it. All these people are gathering to try to change his mind and get the bill pushed through this year. The rally kicks off at about a halfhour. We will bring you all the latest at 11 00.
