Two Northland healthcare systems are celebrating receiving their first doses of the COVID-19 vaccine.
Staff at both Benedictine Health Center in Duluth and Memorial Health Center in Ashland were given the Moderna vaccine on Monday.

Administrator Brian Pattock says it arrived just before 9:00 Monday morning, and it has been a long time coming.
The staff at Benedictine Health Center were all smiles as they received their first dose of the Moderna vaccine with the second to come on January 25.
